When the crème de la crème of international soccer met in Germany in 2006 to stage the World Cup, they sometimes did so on turf from southern Hesse. That’s because we, as the only German supplier, re-grassed the ground of the playing surfaces in five World Cup stadiums. „We are all proud to be involved in such an extraordinary project,“ said Thomas Büchner, the managing director of our company.
He said that he and most of our 22 employees are passionate soccer fans themselves, were already looking forward to the World Cup in their own country anyway, and were even more eagerly anticipating the event after the contract was awarded. In his opinion, the fact that our company was able to win the race for the prestigious FIFA contract was due not only to the exceptional quality of the goods, but above all to the coherent logistics concept we were able to come up with.
